Hey guys,
I just purchased a new boat and I need to break in the motor, and the only day I have this month is Sunday. This boat is quite a bit bigger than my 18.5 Crfestliner and with the Sw winds Sunday, I am looking at the Fontana boat ramp. I have never used this ramp and am just curious about the parking. I don't see trailer parking striping like at Williams Bay. Thanks Tom

Way to go Trimmmer had a pic to share I will say the bite was tough but the bass were big and it was a gorgeous morning. Jig and c-rig and craw were our presentation we missed a couple caught a couple and he still made it to work on time.
Was out at midnight for the opener and had my first keeper walleye at 12:03am, followed by a couple more before 2am with some largemouth mixed in as well.
Was on the water again last night (Sun) for a few hrs around sunset and was able to boat 2 more keepers before a big rowdy crowd of rockbass showed up and made me tired 😴.
Most of my eyez were caught between 5-12 FOW. 2in fatheads on 1/8oz jig (gold was hot color). I'll go ahead and tell ya, BLACK POINT is stacked.

Had a opening day regular and we hit three areas nothing at 4th area I get a smallmouth then he missed three on set two more hits no set then nothing area 5 he gets a largemouth then a couple walleye then a crib we call it as yard work was calling went out with same results in different places. We did have a first smallmouth landed today for a young man and his dads and brothers walleyes were milking on us. All on c-rig and craw or swim bait with a couple on the jig all in 8 to 14ft. Also still getting a few crappie over dead weeds early and late in the day. Stay positive.
