" I will shoot your armed drone down with a surface to air missile, and send up another drone over your land! I am the KING of drones PropBuster, and I am determined to see what you are up to!! LOL- I think the issue is overblown. You'd have to be one strange critter to be sending up drones to spy on your neighbors, unless you live next door to Hugh Hefner or Bob Guccione. As such, I don't think most of us have to worry about drones scouting our secret food plots, or where we store the canoe at our cabins.

"illegal to fly over private land in wisconsin i see one its going down " My guess is it depends on the height over the land. Obviously all sorts things fly over private land. If they're high enough the drones are likely legal, and if their camera films a person shooting them, my guess is it's a small claims case for cost of the drone minimum, and some sort of misdemeanor destruction of property perhaps. That said, it would annoy me to have a drone camped over one of my yards.
