Eckes my grandpa was out in those twin bays west of Lisa's about a week and a half ago. He had 4" of ice there. But if anyone has a report on ice between the park and O that'd be great.

Anyone have a recent ice report for either Lisa’s or Oxbow? Gonna try to sneak out early before Packer game with dad and father in law.

I live up river of oxbo, but down river of the bridge (Hotchkiss’s) and I have fished the past 2 days, there is about 3.5-4 inches on the channel in front of my house. Be careful getting on the ice, it did thaw near shore along the shoreline in places. Be safe out there, bring a spud bar. I certainly wouldn’t be walking out there without checking the ice first.

 Fish are biting, lots of nice crappies and eyes. Caught a limit of 10-12 inch crappies in about 2 hours yesterday, along with 2 keeper eyes. Mostly hitting live bait (fatheads) but also some action on the jig pole.

There was 3" last Saturday 12/2 near shore. With the entire week since above freezing including Thursday 50 degrees and sun, and 50 degrees Friday I have to believe anything left is unsafe. Just my honest opinion.

Bigdfishing I haven't been out but also planning to this weekend I did hear of some guy fishing a bay catching shorts. That was about a week ago. No report on how much ice though. Hope this helps

Has anyone been out yet? Any ideas on the ice conditions? I live about 30 mins away and it's dark by the time I get off work so it's a hard for me to check, but I was thinking of trying to get out this coming weekend.

BEP is down about 2.5 ft.

What's the water level like?

We use crawler harnesses out here with some success. Seems like it most nights they prefer the crawler harness over crank baits but you can catch them on both

Looking to get out and troll on BEP in the near future.  The BEP is fairly close to me, but never seem to fish in.  Looking to get out at do some trolling as I just got gear to begin trolling.  Anyone catching walleyes on crawler harnesses?  Thinking about trying around the hwy S area to start.  Any tip for trolling the BEP would be great.
