I heard a push in could be coming soon. Was there on the 8th and heard some locals talking about it.

Yes, it seems it takes years before they do a push-in the river and break the champagne bottle.

I just have some questions regarding the Navy ships being built at Fincantieri. How long do they take to build them?  My pics here are from 2019. There were 3 of the Littoral ships in the water. These aren't the same ships in Oak & Iron"s video are they? I didn't think they took that long to build. We happened to be there the same day a gentleman from Michigan lost his life.  That is why you see the police boats.

What do you guys think? I was fishing off the island last weekend and it was very slow. All males and one snagged female. I wanted to take another trip this weekend but I've had it in the past where you get a week of 70s and they move in and out within a week. Do you guys think I will still be good to catch them come Saturday or will the main run be over? I'm not in the mood to snag suckers. Lol

Ed the Diver

I got to meet Ed the diver. Pretty cool what he is doing. Seemed like a really nice guy.

The first fish this last Saturday evening was an 11 lbs.+. We caught 15 on jig and minnows. 

Friday was one of the best days of fishing we ever had! The entire fishing report is within the video. Good Luck out there!

Just a heads up that next Saturday there will be a boat launch (the last side launch ever) at Marinette Marine on Saturday the 15th so the water in that area will be closed off in that area by the coast guard from probably 8am-3pm.  If you’re in the area I’d go to the campground behind Angelis and check it out.  

I was at NestEgg Marine today buying some filters and oil for the boat. Checked out boom landing and trailers were parked all the way out to and on the road. Launch is apparently good to go.
