Time to talk BREWERS!!!!

Yeah I know baseball is ruined and ther Brewerw are almost as severly hampered by Princess Prieb as they are the lack of revenue sharing, but Im still excited. I am probably crazy but I think the Crew should be .500 this year and if Sheets, Wright, Quevedo, and Nuegebaur pitch up to their potential and we dont swing at everything, I think the crew can win 90 and be in the wild card race late, which is something we havent seen in a long, long time. They must finish over .500 to avoid 10 years straight of losing seasons. I think it is time for a coup to remove Princess Prieb.

Well not wanting to start anything . just want to comment some on the brewers game tonight and some of the fans (lake-link included) Some of you said that the Bucs  were just so-so,however they had enough tonight at least to beat your team. Yea my cubs lost but you guys did too. Tomorrow is another day.

MLB has to go to automated balls and strikes.  Terrible product tonight.  And 100% impacts the results of games.

Twice this week come from behind wins win three run homers!  Gasser looked great, albeit against weak redbird lineup. Tonite Freddy looked better. 
If Gasser and Tobias can become some inning givers our bullpen can take us to promised land. 
Yeah it’s a stretch, but look at the rookies/nobodys that came thru for Pack last year.

Not to get off base here, but since I just started following Brewers full time again this year have s question? 
What yhe Sam Hill is a “SWEEPER”? Is it a new name for a curveball?  Or something completely different?? Thanks in advance for answer….

Set to hit free agency at the end of the season, Adames will be one of the most important names to monitor throughout the year for the Milwaukee Brewers, and the club will soon have a critical decision to make regarding the future of their star shortstop.No hitter has brought more value to the organization since the start of his Brewers tenure than Adames, and it’s not particularly close.
Since he made his Brewers debut on May 22, 2021, he has accumulated 12.3 fWAR. The next closest position player is Christian Yelich with 7.8 fWAR, and the only player to produce more fWAR than Adames for the Brewers over that stretch was Corbin Burnes (13.2).

Still a long way to go until July, but I was expecting the Brewers were going to be 'sellers" at the tradeline and that would include Adames. He is off to a good start in 2024.If that continues the Brewers will have a tough decision in July. The SS market has exploded the last few years and I am guessing it will cost $25M+/year to keep him. This article also showed some changes he made to his swing/stance/pre-pitch routine from 2023. He is also chasing a lot fewer balls out of the strike zone.

It was funny to see GASSER trying not to smile with pleasure after being pulled     Got to be cool you know, no smiling allowed lol.

Hard to fathom this team playing so well. Having Yelich back as a big boost. Just makes the others around  him that much better. Big win! 

What an MLB debut for Robert Gasser, 6 innings of soreless pitching. Thought they said he didn't go more then 4 in AAA. Nice of the Brewers to give him some run support
