First time on the lower bay with Lance. Found some good pre spawn walleyes in 6 to 8ft. Surprise catch as well!

What a strange year.. water temp was 40 degrees where we fished and there would normally be at least 10” ice there right now. Really hoping the spawn for all fish in the system doesn’t take too big of a hit this year. We need some precipitation!!

Sad to see the ice go on Green Bay. The Whitefish bite has been AWESOME! LIMIT!

This warm weather has taken its toll on the ice but it’s still holding. We definitely lost ice compared to the last time i was out but it looks like we finally have some colder ice making weather on the way! Praying that forecast holds true so we can ice fish in to March.
