Pierce Lake @ Rock State Park

Had a good day earlier this week. Used Bobby Garland Crappie Jigs on Ultralight gear with 4lb test. Walleye was 23" and all crappie 9"+.

Nice fish for Pierce!! Good job buddy. Ive never gotten over a 2lb’r there. Huge walleye ​once upon a time ago. 

I AM BEING FUNNY WHEN I SAY THIS!!!!….. If I measured with your technique I would be in first place in all my tournaments!! Get yourself a little bump board. Much more accurate.

Below is a 20” on a bump board. This one was 4lb14oz.

Extremely windy day at Rock Cut, fished for 3 hours and caught one largemouth and lost another. The one I caught was 20 inches long & around 5+ pounds (battery died on my scale so weight is only approximate) - she was deep and full of eggs.

very busy place today.  not many fish caught.  bluegills starting to show up shallow. hopefully fish will show up soon.  good luck RT :)

As of Saturday there still was ice .We stood on it by the docks but didn't go out any further.

Is the ice off the lake yet? Was hoping to open water fish soon

We were out this weekend still 5 inches be careful!
