The Modern Magnolia has a full size bathroom with tons of storage. There is pots and pans, an electric skillet, forks, spoons and knives She has a sink, 3 burner stove and a fridge with a top freezer. As well as an outdoor kitchen with an additional sink, fridge, and a cooktop/propane grill. The outdoor kitchen also comes equipped with a Mr. Coffee coffee pot, coffee, filters, and all the spices you could need.
