With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8, you can bring the whole family and maybe some friends! ****** Tow vehicle MUST have a minimum of 12000LB towing capacity rating******* About Our Trailer: Top of the line Grand Design build and appearance. Outside: • The RV has a large 18ft one-touch power awing with LED lights. •There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, two burner stove and water hose. Inside: • In our kitchen we provide the basic needs for any Kitchen: pots, pans, coffee pot, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. RV has large Refrigerator. • The bathroom has a big standing shower. • We have a full Queen sized mattress in the front private room. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed with privacy curtains. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed. The Sofa can serve as a sleeping arrangement as well. *Remember to pack your own linens comforters, towels or sleeping bags!* • For entertainment we have a wall mounted 32 inch TV, some family games (cards, UNO, board games). • This is a smoke-free unit as we travel with small children ourselves. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, NO Exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.
