Smoked venison in chilli

Anyone ever smoke a venison roast/cube it and use it in chilli instead of using ground meat? Gonna give it a try tomorrow

Who said they hated the taste of venison? Was something different. I smoke beef,pork,poultry as well. Chilli turned out phenomenal.

I use canned venison in my chili often. It's actually my favorite!
