Hp limits in Illinois and Indiana

Brand new here guys. I'm looking for lakes to do some bass fishing on that dont have a hp limit. I'm only using a 40 but most that I have found are on a 10 or less limit. Any help would be appreciated.

Pierce Lake in Winnebago has a "no wake" policy on motors >10 HP.
