Last month I bought a  GPAS ANCHOR STABILIZER from the manufacturer in Columbus Wi.   What a great product! No more anchor dragging from the cursed tubers, pontooners and other assorted scows. I only use it on the stern anchor as that one drags the most.I highly recommend it.  Only 20$   Easy to use.   CARPIO

I should have clarified the post. Tuffy is correct if you only anchor from the stern in rough water. I have a bow mounted Minkota electric anchor and use it to anchor, with the stern anchor, with my back to the wind.  CARPIO

A stern anchor on a windy Lake Winnebago day, is the best way to sink your boat.

I love it also.  Use it on Winnebago when windy and it holds on the reefs.  Excellent product for the price!
