What a yard bird at the grocery store.

They added a low cal low carb meatball bomber to the menu. Man it is good. 

It’s ok these are all low cal low carb substitutes. They are not bad. They had a side of carrots available but watching sugar today.

Bought a pizza for Fish Hook. I am drinking an Ensure max protein.

My wife and I had lunch at the Red Barn on main Street in shawano. Absolutely the best tasting burger that I have ever had!

This is why I need to get back on track. This was lunch. A grilled cheese with bacon and jalapeños with buffalo sauce and fries on the side. Snake’s recommendation!
