Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Salad.

The wifee had to work all day yesterday so today its chicken fajita followed up by some Busch lights. Wendsday will be a good food Got a buddy coming over that is moving to Kentucky his wife left this morning with the last trailer load of belongings he is sticking around until this transfer goes through for work and the better halves cousin which is a widower is coming over for dinner. Venison backstrap grilled shrimp potatoes on the grill along with grilled asparagus. All washed down with cold adult beverage. Should be a good night with plenty of laughs. Thursday work may suck. 😂🤔

Leftover Monday before garbage day Tuesday

Found a coupleof boneless pork chops,so grilling them indoors with a baked potato and some asperagus. Think I'll spread some BBQ sauce on the chops  last minute while cooking them.

Well I hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe Cinco de mayo -- we did some enchiladas, ground beef nachos and carne asada marinated steaks.  Topped it off with some cold dos equis beer and margaritas

My wife made homemade enchilada’s for Cinco De Mayo. Turned out great.

Mase some chicken ala King with some premade chicken with the usual white gracy and assorted veggies mixed in on a bed of rice. Prety good at least I thought so.

Snake ,not close to AJs , but my wife plated for me tonight. Hahaha  she's my champion.

New recipe tonight. Chicken Avocado Ranch burritos.

Went shopping this morning for dinner and beyond. Had a roast beef sandwich with some mac salad and potato salad on the side with some ice tea to washit all down with.
