What's for Breakfast?

In the spirit of the wildly popular "What's for Dinner" forum...(I didn't want to hijack the thread), what's for breakfast today or tomorrow? Or what is the best breakfast you've had or cooked? Recipes are welcome too. After all, it is the most important meal of the day! I'll get it started. Today is Sunday so I'll be making my famous Hot Dog Omelette (made only with Dubuque Cheese Plumpers, of course), a Bloody Mary heavy on the Lea & Perrins, and a healthy dose of Sunday morning fishing shows on the dish. A bachelor's dream! So what about you?

I don’t peel hard-boiled eggs anymore. I cut them in half and dig them out with a spoon comes out easy enough.

Thinking about  having some pancakes and a couple of over easy eggs to go along with them.

Hard boiled some eggs for breakfast tomorrow. I’ve tried all kinds of tricks to get them to peel… adding salt to water, baking soda etc.
so I tried steaming them in my veggie steamer, HOLY COW it works AMAZING!  19-20 minutes and plunge into an ice bath and the easiest to peel ever.

Today we had Muchines de yuca con carne y queso.
I prefer the yuca because it is nice and chewy and doesn't fall apart. You could put these babies in your pocket and eat them later for an afternoon snack !

Dear polski,

I don’t think it would be fare to not make that breakfast you made at the last northern get together. So I recommend that the bacon and eggs is served again. Anyone please chime in!!!
