Hey Chi town! In honor of your National Irritable Bowel syndrome day today, I took a big one this morning and hope your Cubbies do tonight!!

It is national hamburger day.  I got two all beef patties thawing and heading for the grill.

Today is National Armed Forces Day. The third Saturday in May every year is a day to honor all active duty military men and women in all branches of our armed services.

National shrimp day.  That is dinner tonight with asparagus and a baked potato.

It is national cup cake day. May make a run to my favorite bakery.
