Congratulations to all the wrestlers that completed this weekend..
The two brothers, Connor and Cole have 7 State championships between them.. 

Mudbucket, looks like all 3 of your guys came through to win their Championships in their weight classes. Hudson’s Liam Neitzel also wins his State Championship at 120 pounds. Congratulations to all the State Champs.

Wiaa state Wrestling tournament.. Semifinals Friday and Finals Saturday.. 3 local kids from West Bend West in the Finals.. Good luck Ethan, Connor and Cole..

Jordan Stolz of Kewaskum Wi wins Gold for the USA in the 500m & 1000m events at the World Speed Skating Championships in Calgary Alberta Canada this weekend. Way to make Wisconsin proud Jordan !

Iowa’s Caitlin Clark needed just 8 points to become the all time NCAA Women’s basketball career scoring leader with 3528 points. She scored 23 points in just the first quarter!! Just amazing!

Team USA beats Sweden today 6-2 in the Gold Medal game in the World Jr Ice Hockey Championships being held in Sweden. Isaac Howard of Hudson Wi scores 2 goals in the game for team USA.  Howard was named MVP in the game. Way to go Isaac and team USA!

Senior Nationals this weekend.. Young man from West Bend high School qualified for Olympic trials.. Beat a former NCAA champion Max Dean.. Held his own against another former NCAA champion Mark Hall.. Both him and his brother Cole heading to Penn State.. Best of luck to both of them..
Crazy seeing highschool wrestlers competitive with current or former NCAA champions..

Thought perhaps after beating Nebraska in the second meeting they could pull off the National Championship , unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be. Seemed a bit off by a half step & half second against Texas.  Fun to watch & will be supporting them again next year.  Go Bucky

Texas dominates Nebraska in 3 straight sets 25/22, 25/14, 25/11 to win the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Championship.

Unfortunately, the US is looking overwhelmed and mentally weak when the Ryder Cup is played in Europe (Italy this year).

19 year old Coco Gauff, the world No. 10 women’s singles player wins her first career grand slam and becomes the first American teenager to win the US Open since 23-time major champion Serena Williams took the title in 1999.

California edges Washington 2-1 to move on to the LLWS USA championship against Texas Saturday afternoon. ( 2:30 on ABC )

.agree ! .....great fundamentals and sportsmanship ...some high and low emotions too 

No Brewers tonight but there is a really good Little League World Series game starting at 6:00 on ESPN. El Segundo Ca plays Seattle Wa with the winner going to the USA championship on Saturday. I’ve been watching all week and have seen some great baseball from these kids.
