Do Wisconsin folks vacation in Illinois?

Can’t say I have. I have a few friends and relatives down there though. 

Wife & Daughters make me take them to Galina in the fall every year. All kinds of stores for ladies that they craved. The taverns all had signs saying they would babysit husbands and they certainly did me. Back before sports bars were popular they just had lots of tv’s , reasonable drinks, great bar food. All tourist guys in there, rooting for different teams but friendly & respectful. About two or three I’d text em and have em drop me off at hotel so I could sleep it off before dinner.
We always stayed at a Best Western on a hill right above town that was nice. So I’m 67, thats my only Illinois vacation experience…

I venture into Wisconsin on occasion, but can’t wait to get back home, nice place to visit.

Yes, a few Wisconsin residents vacation in Illinois for a full week.  It is a brilliant choice.  Imagine sacrificing one week a year to reinforce how good they have it for the remaining 51 weeks!

Now, do any Illinois folks vacation in Illinois???   

Where= northern Illinois, just south of cheddar curtain, why…. Good fishing, low crime, low taxes, peace and tranquility, must I go on, wonderful state government and leadership, pritzker power!!! You all should move down here….give it a try.😂
