I did look it up and posted the link. The picture I posted is the games to date.
Just more to the point that you have no clue whatsoever

The pitcher they faced today pitched 6 games in the majors for the Braves in 2023.

Actually it's the strength of schedule to date! Look it up!
Facing top pitchers? The Atlanta guy who shut out the Cubs on 4 hits is  a triple A call-up!

Not that it matters because it’s the most inaccurate metric in the MLB, but you should learn to read it correctly. What you posted is the remaining games not the games already played

Well, at least Happ and Swanson managed 2 of the 4 hits!
Hard to believe that the Cubs have had the easiest strength of schedule in all of MLB!
Not getting any easier when they play the better teams!

I’d like to see them use Gomes more behind the plate. He was hitting great late last season, but not getting regular starts hurts his offensive game.

The Cubs have definitely faced the top line pitchers for the teams that they play. I agree that they will come around and start being more consistent.

For once the pitching isn’t the problem as it has in the past. Although the bullpen has had some early struggles, they’ve come around to be better. They still have a couple guys that struggle to throw strikes early in the at bats and end up giving up hits when they have to throw in the strike zone.

Cubs are definitely struggling offensively. They have faced some really good starting pitchers over the past few weeks. I think it not only lowered their averages but it also had put a hurting on their hitting confidence. Now even average pitchers seem tough.

Getting nothing from the catcher position, all year. Not sure what they can do but the catcher position hitting .180 can’t continue. The Cubs haven’t been shy about sending pitchers down, benching regulars, etc. Maybe there’s a catcher in the system that can hit over .200.

The Twins had a 12 game win streak are aren’t in first. I don’t like their chances. The Cubs have struggled  and are only a couple games back. Their best baseball is ahead of them.

The Cardinals have played better the last week but they still stink out loud. The Cubs have to take care of business in St. Louis. Get those bats going against a meaty Cardinals starting rotation. Gray has been tough but other than that there’s a lot of rag armed veterans.

Not that it would've mattered in this game cause the Cubs offense can't hit or score right now, but why would they put Hendrix in there in a 1-0 ballgame?  They scored two off him and Braves won 3-0.  Not good right now!

After it was 7-1last night I didn't bother turning the game backon. What was the final score? Anyhow were playing one of the best teams in the league right now. We do need todo better, that's a fact. Far as our poor hitting this year I feel we will improve once our full team is back in the lineup. It'll take some time. It's only May. We start winning in late August and September then we go into the playoffs redhot and win some games . I believe in this team. Why does everyone expect win now, win every day? It's the Majors! Any team can win against any team at any time!

Hopefully the Cubs start hitting the ball a little better. Fried had a great game and kudos to him for going the whole game.
It’s a battle of rookies today. Ben Brown for us and AJ Smith-Shawver going for Atlanta.

Go Cubs!

FL…How’d that series go against the Fish?
The Fish are the best 17 games under.500 team in the league. No embarrassment losing to them

Yeah! Just wait til Swanson .217 is back and Happ .219 starts hitting! That .227 team batting average will skyrocket!
Maybe catch the Brewers .265 by July or maybe August!
