Roy Lake Resort

I would just like to tell the world that the staff at this so called 'resort' ruined the last big fishing trip of my husband's life. He has a degenerative neurological disorder and cannot fish from the shore. The pontoon which was booked for him to fish from was not a even in the water even though it was triple and quadruple confirmed as reserved for his party for two days. My husband was stuck in a dirty condo for 3 days because he was unable to fish on the fishing trip that was meant especially for him. Thousand of dollars wasted and a man who's life is being cut short didn't get to do one of the only things that he is still able to enjoy. SHAME ON YOU JAN AND CHARLES!

Absolutely terrible about what happened to your husbands fishing trip. Your right,shame on the owners for putting him through that. Too bad some people put money over telling the truth. Thoughts and prayers go out to your family.
