Take any brat spice mix 80 % ground rabbit 20% ground pork. Mix spices and let rest in fridge 48 hrs. Stuff in natural casings. Lite Apple wood smoke 3 hrs.!!!! Out of this freaking world good!!!!! Sooooooo goood. Hands down best wild meat brat I have ever had. Hammered 3! one old school just bun and brat. One with onions kraut and hot peppers stone ground mustard. Last one had All fixings ketchup mustard kraut onion tomatoes peppers pickles. Awesome awesome awesome and this was made with honest to goodness jack rabbits. It was great.
