Racine Lake Michigan Perch Fishing

Anyone out there perch fishing in Racine on Lake Michigan? Where are you catching fish on and off shore? What are you using for bait, depth and techniques? Only catching 1-2 on shore want to take the boat out and actually catch our limit.

What would the success rate be IN the harbor? I'd like to buzz around with my canoe and look for perch and gills IF it would be worth it.

went fishing this morning got down there at 430 fish till 630 and pulled in my limits I was on North Pier on the rocks in Between where the boats go in n out all the perch were in between 8 and 11 inch and I also pulled in a small five pound coho using red and white jigs and smaller shad raps silver and black
