Because of low walleye populations on Mille Lacs, the Band plans to take 2500Ls from Vermillion, and another 950lbs from 5 other lakes in N. MN. Four lakes in Cook County, and one lake in St.Louis County.

...and because of pressure from the Bois Forte Band they have decided not to.
