Bass fishing near Alpena in July

Never have been to this area. Any suggestions for bass fishing near Alpena? Is Thunder Bay an option?

There's a lot of good bass fishing near the Alpena area. Fisheries such as Fletcher's pond, Long Lake, Hubbard Lake, and Devils Lake hold nice Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass. These lakes are easily accessible by boat lunch and bank fishing. Good Luck!
