Installing flush mount rod holders

I have an Alumacraft 175. I want to install a few flush mount, 30 degree, rocket launcher type holders. Would be nice to use a vertical system for multi pole casting situations, and storage I cannot find any images or help in placements. Anybody ever done this or have a suggestion? Or should I just install a 4 pole to the side of my locker, or rear? Thanks for viewing
