Just picked up a brand new red Frabil snosuit jacket for 172.00. And bibs for 124.00 both new with tags on them.Got them on a online deal at bargain outfitters. And it was free shipping. Called for another set after I got the set I ordered in mail and the deal was all done, should of bought two suits for that price.

Get the 8' hole auger. I have pulled plenty of big pike through, and is much faster/easier to drill holes. Seriously, 8" is fine.
Also, those 10" holes are very dangerous for small children all the time, and for adults during late ice. Once I was up by voyageur park- on the Fox during later ice. Fresh snow covered the holes. My buddy stepped into a 10' hole, fell up beyond his knee, and REALLY messed up his knee... Not good. Took over a year to heal. There was 10" holes all around us! I slipped in one too but got lucky. It was like creeping around a mine field. NOT GOOD- AND VERY DANGEROUS!!! I wish they didn't make augers with 10" holes. Don't work with frabill or other round tipups either.
i bought the 8"er i bought a lb of propane to put me over the mark.
i do alot of jigging and tip ups, didnt want to loose the vex down a 10" hole lol.
took 3 pulls the first start, one pull after words, love the auger. couldnt really notice the diffrence in weight compared to my model 76 white lightning
yeah, I tried that now with the 8" and since its under $500 being $499 I got $50 off.....but the 10" I can get the $100 off.....I could purchase another thing for like $2 though to get it over that price.....now the question is do I want 8" or 10".....I mainly do tip up fishing....
