CCI Stingers

Does anyone know where you might find some CCI Stingers. My father in law keeps me supplied with squirrels and that is his shell of choice.

If we could afford the insurance and stomach the government paperwork and pool our resources we could manufacure the .22 bullets, sell them and make a chunk of change at that and make a lot of people happy at the same time.

I have about 4000 rounds of 22's at home. I bet that 1000 or more of them are CCI Stingers and CCI Mini Mags. I shoot a Sig Saur Mosquito, and the Stingers seem to be the best round for working the action and not getting FTF's. I scarf them up when I can find them.

I've found the CCI MiniMags to be more accurate in my Rugers. Stingers more reliable.

Thanks Guys found several boxes that I didn't remember I had. 22 shells have just gone stupid in price. Well I guess everything else has too.

That might be his favorite but there are MANY that will work good for hunting. Stingers are about 1650FPS. Other 22;s are in the 1200 range. That is plenty fast for anything you want to do w/a 22. The Stinger is the BEST 22 for selfe defense because it is a hollow point and it is 1650FPS. Cabellas had them last time I was there (Sun Prairie store).
