I’ve done well in the past in March fishing 30?‘ of water towards the state line on nite crawlers! while drifting. I don’t think they come into the harbor in the spring. Nobody that I know of fishes like that, it’s always trolling. in clear shallow water drifting is a great way to fish with light equipment.
