Went out looking for gills today and found them, but mostly small. Checked our several area and the gills were mostly about 6 1/2” and thin. Day got saved when I got a call from a buddy who got some nice gills on little Muskego. We went there this afternoon and did well. Nice eaters.  Closer to shore along piers and hard bottom areas.

FYI, the pier on Phantom is not in yet. I stopped over at the Village Hall and asked the guy in charge when the pier would go in, and his response was in a couple of weeks. Really??? No rush I guess. It's not like they have a lot going on. So you might want to give the Village of Mukwonago a call and ask them when the pier is going in. Maybe a few calls will get them moving.
