GMX, Homeowners do not own the water or land under it. How does the Homeowners have the right to allow or disallow spraying around there docks?

smoker66  Why would they spray Beyers cove ?  Still no wake, right?  Not a destination for pleasurecraft or swimming.  What gives?

They key is having them spray after the fish spawn, so not until mid July. So often they spray in June and destroy so many spawning cycles. We have had this happen on Big Green when they spray Beyers cover or Sliver Creek channels.  Its bad and spreads to large parts of the Lake. The permit will be issued and the DNR is not taking a proper stance in the process.  Unfortunately human boat navigation and swimming take precedence over fish.

They are only treating for weeds around docks - and only for homeowners who requested it.

I just saw that the Buffalo Lake District is going to be spraying the weeds in this lake this spring. Unbelievable! Another lake that is going to get ruined.
Look them up on Facebook.
