Fox River Oshkosh - Rainbow Park

Managed one nice female on a jig and twister tail yesterday afternoon. Released. Only bite that I had, and couldn't get anything going on a jerkbait either. First time trying the spring run. Plenty of boats out and I saw a few fish caught, but I don't know if we're in the thick of the run yet. Guessing not yet? Any tips on lures to use, and particularly how you work a jig and plastic for these fish, I'd appreciate it! Good luck out there!
