Whitewater Lake (Bass

   Fished 05-09 and with the high skies and no wind made the conditions tough.  Only managed two pike, one walleye, and one largie.  Water temp was 58-62 and the carp were up shallow under about every lay down I tried for crappie. Never knew this lake had so many carp.  Also saw a few bass cruising shallow.

   Went out Wednesday the 3rd and fished 9am-2pm.  Water temp was 48-52 (higher on the north end).  Only managed three pike but had several other follows.   

Windy but found a spot out of the wind with a few pike and a decent 3+lb bass. Water temp 52-53
