Must Have Lures when chasing Green Bay Walleyes!

Lots of boats hanging around the river mouth. Lots of fish being caught on boats and on shore!! Very windy but the off shore breeze from the west ain’t so bad on the bigger boats

My apologies as I am sure this has been asked many times but couldn't find it when searching previous posts.  How is it out here with a 10-20 mph SW wind?  I realize that is blowing offshore somewhat, but could also be coming up the chute?  Due to my schedule I only get over here once in the spring and tomorrow is about the only day that I can get away in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for any info.

Fished from shore in the river after driving on the left side of the road to pass all the trailers lined up just like in the pic KJC posted. Never saw it that crowded before. Boats were scattered in the shallows to the north and also among the humps to the south of the jetty. Threw the tackle box at them by both launches and caught only white suckers. Only a few guys across the river fishing  by the Sportsman's Club. Boats were lined up to pull out at the ramp the same time boats on trailers were lined up to launch. I hope they did ?better than us.

Good luck finding a place to park!! Vehicles and boat trailers are lining up on hwy Y on either side of the breakwater drive!! As far as fishing… no idea!! 

Pioneer, Breakwater park is a great launch, North Bayshore County park is also very good and much closer to mouth of the Peshtigo. Look for warm water to find fish, use side imaging if you have. Stop by North Shore Bait for minnows and good advice. 

Was up there today for a Monday and would estimate around 70-80 boats out there. Lot was full, launch was full, vehicles were parked all the way out on the road. I would expect a Friday to be worse this time of year. Just follow all the boats. You will get on fish. 

Thinking about coming up Friday for the first time, what’s the best launch and how far out in the bay do I need to go or do you stay in the river? 

Lot's of boats out today until the wind started to blow. We didn't catch a lot of fish 20 - 25. But they were quality.
