Wolf River Shiocton

fish for two hours this am got a limit of eyes.(3).water temp dropped to 46 was 57 last week.kinda slow

Fished 3:30-6:30 and found these 3 in 6-9’ of water with wood. Weedless jig and minnow did the work. Also had 4 white bass and of course a couple sheepshead. Wind was beyond brutal and took the fun out of being on the water.

Arrived at 8:30 am and three boats already leaving with their limits. One guy shore fishing got two large smallmouth and one walleye. We pulled a 20 inch and a 21 inch walleye from one seam and lost another. We fed about $5.00 worth of jigs to the snags. The swamps are filled enough to spawn. Temp was 47.

any reports out there if walleye started their spawning ritual as of yet been a crazy year so far see fish on cameras swimming all directions

Not sure if who may know this or who doesn't, but I find it useful. I can ​go to ​the ​Wolf River cameras and see if there are fish moving or not.

Has there been any action for walleyes on way back yet or is it still too cold
